1. Do you provide directions to the park?
A: Yes, We provide route directions to all parks as well as GPS info and Google map directions.
2. Do you organise transfers from airports?
A: Yes, we can organise most airport picks to our parks, please contact us for further info.
3. What bedding is included in the accommodation?
A: We provide pillows and duvets/blankets + extra blankets for out of season holidays.
4. Can I hire bed linen?
A: yes, all bed linen can be hired, please contact us for prices.
5. Is air-con in your accommodation?
A: For hotter countries we provide air-con in the majority of our accommodation, go to the accommodation of your chosen park and it will be indicated there if we provide the air-con ( we do not charge extra for air-con)
6. Do you charge extra for decking?
A: No, unlike our competitors we do not charge this as an extra.
7. What time can we get in our accommodation?
A: Approx 4pm
8. What time do we leave on the final day?
A: 10am though you can stay for a short time on the park.
9. What is the latest time we can arrive at the park?
A: This can differ, usually before 10pm is OK, please inform us if you think you'll be late in order for us to make special arrangements.
10. What activities do you have on the park?
A: All our parks are family orientated so play areas, restaurants and so on are on all parks. Please refer to the park you are interested in for a full overview of what is available.
11. If I cancel my holiday will I lose my deposit?
A: Yes, please refer to your terms and conditions.
12. When do I receive my documents and travel info?
A: Your final booking confirmation will be emailed to you instantly and route details and holiday information is emailed 4 - 6 weeks before you depart.
13. Do I need a passport to go to Europe?
A: Yes, please check that it hasn't expired.
14. My passport has expired, what now?
A: You must contact the passport office, they possibly can renew it within 2/3 weeks
15. Is the ferry included in the price?
A: No, the price is accommodation only
16. Can you get discount ferry crossings?
A: yes, up to 40% on selected crossings, please call us for details

A: The price is per accommodation, making it a very affordable holiday
